GENERAL TERMS
REGULATIONS
1. By opening and using the website www.lrbeauty.lv, the user confirms that he has read these Terms, understands and agrees to comply with them without restrictions or conditions.
2. These Terms determine the purchase of Goods in the Internet Store by making purchases on the Website, as well as determine the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
3. The rules have been developed and the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are regulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
4. The seller has the right to change these Terms at any time. Amendments and additions to the Terms can be found on the website. Amendments or additions to the Terms come into force on the day they are published on the website, unless the Terms provide otherwise.
5. If the Seller has amended or supplemented the Terms, then the previously placed Order is fulfilled and the Goods are delivered according to the Terms that were in effect on the day the Buyer placed the Order and received the Order confirmation.
6. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the Goods at any time (in accordance with the legislation), except if the Regulations stipulate otherwise. At the time when the Buyer places the Order, the Buyer can rely on the prices of the Goods indicated on the Website, however, if the prices of the Goods have changed between the placing of the Order and the payment, the Buyer will be bound by such Goods prices as the system will display in the Order.
7. By confirming and paying for the Order, the Buyer clearly and unequivocally confirms that he has agreed to enter into and concludes a Distance Agreement with the Seller, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer undertakes to fulfill the obligations of the Distance Agreement and certifies that he is an able-bodied natural person or legal entity.
8. The distance contract is valid until full fulfillment of the obligations of the contracting parties.
9. The seller provides website content and provides services in accordance with the Terms
SHIPPING
1. Processing of the ordered goods takes place within 1-2 working days.
If you place an order outside business hours: the order will be processed during store hours. An invoice for the purchase is sent to the buyer's email address provided at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed on official National Holidays.

2. At the time of purchase, in the "section of my basket", you will have the opportunity to choose one of the options for receiving the goods: receiving the goods on site at the office, Blaumaņa Street 5a, Riga or delivering the goods to your chosen omnivas parcel. Orders outside of Latvia are delivered via omnivas parcels (if possible) or postal services.
3. The Seller ships the goods within 1-2 working days from the moment the Seller receives payment for the order in his bank account.
4. In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs to send the goods faster or receive them on site at the office, Blaumaņa street 5a, the Buyer informs the Seller about this in time in order to agree on the possibilities of faster order processing.
5. Delivery costs depend on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer, - delivery using omniva parcel, price - 3.50 EUR, if the value of the order does not exceed 70 EUR;
6. In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate this with the Seller.
7. In cases where the shipment of the products was delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the order.
8. The Seller does not take responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the goods, which is related to the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
ITEM, ORDERING ITEM AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
1. Product
1.1. The images of the Products on the website are illustrative and informative.
1.2. In some cases, the packaging of the Products may differ from the packaging shown on the website.
1.3. The expiration date, batch number and manufacturer of consumables are indicated on the packaging.
1.4. The manufacturer's warranty is valid if the buyer can show:
(1.) Proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note).
(2.) Completed manufacturer's warranty card.
1.5. In order to receive the manufacturer's warranty services, the Buyer needs to return the product to the Store. The costs related to the transportation of the goods are covered by the Buyer.
1.6. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty do not apply to accessories, consumables, power supplies and accessories with a limited resource.
1.7. The Seller does not assume the responsibility of the manufacturer of the Goods for the impact of the use of the Goods on the health, safety and life of the Buyer.
1.8. During the winter period, the temperature regime of storage and transportation is determined for individual Goods.
1.9. The Product catalog, Product descriptions, Product photos and other data posted on the website are the property of the Seller, and the Seller owns the author's material and personal copyright to any information posted on the Website. Copying, reproducing, republishing, transferring to third parties, modifying or otherwise using any information or photographs on the website without the permission of the Seller as the owner is prohibited, for which the violator shall be liable to cover all damages caused to the Seller.
2. Price
2.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed in the online store;
2.2. General product description, composition, packaging and delivery method are described for each product individually. The seller informs that product information may be changed without notice;
2.3. In cases where the ordered product is not available or there are problems with the delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this within one working day;
2.4. Product colors in real life may differ from those shown on the Internet due to monitor settings;
2.5. Product prices are shown separately for each product. The seller informs that the prices in the online store are variable, the price can be changed by the seller without notice;
2.6. The price of the product is indicated in euro (EUR) currency with value added tax in the amount of 21%.
2.7. The price of the goods does not include the charge for the delivery of the goods to the address specified by the buyer. The delivery fee is applied in addition to the price of the Goods, and the delivery fee of the Goods depends on the delivery location chosen by the Buyer.
3. Ordering
3.1. To place an order in the online store, the Buyer selects the goods, their size or one of the available variations and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the option - Order;
3.2. The buyer is personally responsible for the correctness of the delivery data;
3.3. The ordered Goods are delivered to the Buyer in a transport package - a cardboard box or a padded postal envelope. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer confirms the fact of receipt of the Goods.
3.4. It is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately check the compliance of the delivered Goods with the Order (type, code, volume, quantity) and to report any discrepancies found to the Seller without delay.
3.5. From the moment of receiving the Goods, the Buyer is responsible for the quality and safe storage of the Goods.
4. Order payment
4.1. When placing an order, the Buyer receives an invoice with company details and transaction details in the e-mail specified in the order;
4.2. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
4.3. The buyer pays for the order by bank transfer, card payment or PayPal;
4.4. Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to the transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer;
4.5. The Seller starts the production of the order only if the Seller has received the money for the order in his bank account.
